Free mobile COVID-19 testing will be offered in League City from Monday, January 11 through Friday, January 15. Testing will be available daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the pavilion located at Chester L. Davis Sportplex, 1251 W. League City Parkway. No appointment is required and you do not need symptoms to test.
Galveston County, through the Galveston County COVID-19 Business Taskforce (GCCBTF), will be distributing 125,000 face masks to businesses across the county. Businesses will be provided with a one month supply of masks. Priority will be given to locally-owned small businesses that have prolonged interaction with the public.

Beginning Thursday, Jan. 7, the Galveston County Health District will offer the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to those who are 65 years of age and older, by appointment only.
City of Galveston will serve as a free drive-thru COVID-19 testing site on Wednesday, January 6. The state will provide free testing at Fire Station 1, 823 26th Street, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
